The result
A mobile-based gig-finding platform designed to connect freelancers wih short-term opportunities across various industries, such as creative services, tech, etc. The app ensured trust and includes features like a gig-finding feed with a search and filter function, calendar sync with availability toggles, a mutual trust system, and fast and secure payments.
Recommendations for iteration
- Get a more diverse user group for survey and interviews, include people that would represent the employer or client
- Add more features for primary persona:
- Share profile option
- Portfolio import feature
- Upload CV PDF option
- Change the gallery feature by adding it to home page for visibility to visitors
- Add more features for secondary persona
- More details about gig location and facilities
