About Me
Who I Am
Hi, I’m Ingrid. A newly educated UX designer based in Hamar, Norway. I come from a broad creative background that spans game design, concept art, and orthopaedic craftsmanship. I’m driven by curiosity, people, and creating user experiences that actually work.
Methods
When I work on a project, I always start by understanding the needs, both for the users and from a business perspective. I like to create sketches and prototypes early, test, and adjust along the way.
Collaboration is important to me; I learn a lot from colleagues and user tests, and I believe that the best solutions emerge when you combine creativity with concrete insights.
Education & Achievements
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Virtual Arts and Design, with a focus on experience design, interaction design, game design, and animation.
I’m a Golden Egg Award winner for best student work at Noroff, awarded with the team UX Mamas.
My personal journey from a shy, under-performing student to a confident UX designer with top grades and awards has strongly shaped how I learn, collaborate, and grow.
